Our Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Our Customers' satisfaction is a top priority

We take great pride in the quality of our clothing brand's products and inspect them thoroughly before shipping them out but if for any reason you are not satisfied with the item upon delivery, we're more than happy to help.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be;

  • Unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Have the e-receipt, e-invoice or proof of purchase

 

Kindly email us at 21womanadmn1@gmail.com within 48hrs after delivery to notify us of your return request. We will then send you the return address that you will use to ship it back. After 48hrs have passed without contacting us, the item will not be eligible for return.

Please note, the following items cannot be returned;

  • Custom-made pieces

  • Items not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will immediately notify you that we have received it and the status of your refund/exchange after inspecting it.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment and notify you of the same. For credit and debit cards, you will receive the refund within 2 - 5 days depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

We only allow size exchanges of the same piece. If you would like to exchange to a different item, we will issue a refund and you will have to purchase afresh on the site.

Once we receive the item, it will be inspected and if the size exchange is approved, we will initiate the exchange process and notify you once it is shipped out.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

Please note; you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you so we advise you refer to our size guide before making a purchase inorder to avoid additional costs

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning your item. We therefore recommend that you use an insured and trackable mail or courier service.

The only case whereby we refund the cost of returning the item, is if upon inspection, the item is found to have been faulty or damaged prior to delivering it to you. In this case, we will refund the shipping amount to your original mode of payment.

Original shipping costs are non​-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original amount spent on shipping the item to you will not be included in the refund.
